Let’s get this weekend started! Each week we have a different teacher who brings their own style and favorite music to The Kula Project. We will move through a fusion of familiar yoga poses while utilizing Pilates core strengthening poses. Heated to 85 degrees, this will help get your Friday vibes going. Intermediate class but all levels will have fun while toning muscles and feeling great!

 

Community driven happy hour yoga 1 hour flow from 5:30pm – 6:30pm with wine tasting after from 6:30pm – 7:30pm in our lounge space. Wine tasting included in your drop in rate.

 

Come for the Yoga and stay for the wine while we watch the sun set over the dock of the bay and play some corn hole on the dock.

August 30 Day Challenge 

 

There is a great TED talk called "try something new for 30 days". It turns out, "30 days is just the right amount of time to add a new habit or subtract a habit from your life". Find out how yoga and pilates can benefit your life by committing to a 30 day yoga challenge. Cultivate the habit of doing good for you, allowing yourself the time to focus on your mind, body and soul before the summer is over and fall is upon us with all the craziness. We have lots of incentives to keep you going, so what are you waiting for?

Yoga Workshop for Runners - Saturday august 18th 9:30am

 

Whether you love to trot around the block with your dog, or you’re training for a marathon, or anything in between, this Yoga for Runner’s Workshop is just what your body and your mind needs to stay healthy and happy! This session will start with an optional 30 minute warm up group run, followed by an hour long yoga session that will help release tension in typical runner problem areas, such as the hamstrings, hips, lower back, and shoulders.

Please join us on Friday, August 24 at 9:30am for a mindfulness and movement event at Stone Acres Farm.

 

In this 90-minute workshop, we will move through a mellow one-hour vinyasa flow in the formal garden at Stone Acres Farm and then seal in our practice with some light journaling and prompts, led by author Jessica Soffer and cap off the morning with fresh juice from High Tide Juice Co.
