Restorative Yoga Workshop Series


In this gentle restorative workshop led by Annie Chapman, poses are held for long periods of time with the support of bolsters, blocks and blankets. This practice of Restorative Yoga assists in decompressing the joints, deep relaxation, release of tension in the body and over all rejuvenation.
