Favorite pilates pose or workout and why:

Plank- Yoga/Pilates crossover- Never gets easy! Lots of fun plank variations keep it challenging and fun. When I rock a plank, I feel like all my muscles are firing and that’s bang for my buck!

 

If a TV sitcom was your real life, what sitcom would you most like to join?

Is there one with a new baby? Probably “Big Bang Theory” - I am married to a scientist and I would totally be friends with Penny.

 

Best advice for new students?

Congratulations on showing up for yourself! Don’t hesitate to talk to the instructor about concerns or questions you may have as it relates to the classes. It takes consistency to get the results you are looking for and it may take several classes to connect your mind and body to the exercises.
